We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
No hidden fees – what you see at checkout is what you pay.
2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2.2 UK Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. Please allow extra time during busy periods or for remote addresses.
2.3 Delays
Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, or unexpected circumstances. If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@calmaura.co.uk and we’ll investigate promptly.
3. Delivery Address & Dispatch
3.1 Changing Delivery Address
You may update your delivery address any time before dispatch by contacting us via email.
3.2 Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3.3 P.O. Boxes
We can deliver to P.O. box addresses using Royal Mail, but courier services are not available for these destinations.
4. Stock Availability
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will:

5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

6.2 Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, we will:

Offer a refund or replacement once the parcel is confirmed lost
All parcels are insured up to the courier’s declared value.
