CalmAura Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your parcel back to us. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products (e.g. opened or used wellness items)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before returning.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As above, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
